Description
The framework agreement is for the procurement of electrical material for Stavanger municipality. The framework agreement shall have 2 tenderers with a distribution key of 60% for tenderer ranked no. 1, and 40% for tenderer ranked no. 2. The framework agreement will open for mini-competitions between the contract suppliers, with the estimated value exceeding NOK 100,000 excluding VAT.
