Oferta financiara depusa de catre ofertanti, al carui pret depaseste valoarea totală estimată 5.045.856,00 lei fară TVA, va fi declarata inacceptabila Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - motorină standard ( minim euro 5) pe baza de carduri este 5.030.400,00 lei valoarea achiziţiei de motorină fără T.V.A , iar a contractului benzina standard (minim euro 5) pe baza de carduri este 15.456,00 lei valoarea achiziţiei de benzina fără T.V.A
