Description

The works covered by this specification comprises of the Electrical Services Installation works (life safety systems, namely the fire detection and alarm and emergency lighting systems) to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. The works also entail the removal off ceilings in the toilets of the 1st and 2nd floor, which contains asbestos, to be disconnected, removed and disposed of, under licence, by this Contractor, as part of the works.
