Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Clindamycin 150 mg/ml (4 ml per vial/ampoule) (myöhemmin ’Clindamycin-valmiste’). Kyseessä on kertahankinta ja tuote tulee Suomen rescEU Medical -varastointihankkeen käyttöön. Arvioidun määrän lisäksi THL:lla on oikeus ostaa tuotetta 100 % arvioidun määrän lisäksi ("Optio"). Hankinnan kokonaisarvo on 618 000 euroa Optiot mukaan lukien. Hankintayksikkö hankkii lääkevalmistetta hankintalain mukaisena suorahankintana valitulta toimittajalta. Aiemmassa avoimessa menettelyssä ei ole saatu lainkaan tarjouksia ja alkuperäisiä tarjouspyynnön ehtoja ei olennaisesti muuteta.
