Description
The assignment includes cleaning of Eksfins facility in Støperigata 1, OSLO. There is a total area of just under 3,000 m2 that shall be cleaned regularly. The cleaners must be able to communicate in Scandinavian and/or English. The daily cleaning is basically wanted carried out in the period from 13:00 - 16:00 or 07:00 - 10:00. Periodic cleaning shall be carried out in the period from 8:00 - 16:00. The contract shall be valid for 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it for a further 1+1+1 year so that the maximum contract period can be up to four years.
