Jednotlivé miesta dodania predmetu zákazky s uvedením konkrétneho množstva predmetu zákazky sú uvedené v prílohe č. 6 tejto Výzvy – Miesta dodania a počty v samostatných hárkoch dokumentu rozdelené po jednotlivých krajoch.
