Im Zuge der Krankenhausneubau-Großbaustelle "Nouveau Bâtiment Centre" des Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) in Luxembourg-Belair wird eine baubegleitende 3D-Bestandsaufnahme (Scan) des Gebäudes inkl. aller Einbauten in mehreren Bauphasen durchgeführt. Dieser Auftrag umfasst die baubegleitende 3D-Bestandsaufnahme anhand von definierten Genauigkeitsanforderungen des gesamten Gebäudes inkl. aller Einbauten mit einer Brutto-Grundfläche von 132.000 qm, die Datenaufbereitung und die Übergabe von - Rohdaten - Koordinatendatei der Referenzpunkte im COR-Format - Export der registrierten Punkte nach Absprache mit dem Ansprechpartner des AG Mindestens in den Formaten RCP und E57. ( LAS, OBJ, PLY, CL3, XYZ können zusätzlich übergeben werden) - Qualifizierte Punktwolken, die in jeder beliebigen BIM-Planungssoftware extern referenziert werden können - Punktwolken in selbstausführendem Viewer - HDR-Bilder, Bereitstellung in selbstausführendem Webviewer - Die HDR-Bilder sind ebenfalls als lesbares Datenpaket dem AG zu übergeben - Protokolle mit Nachweisen zur erreichten Qualität - Fachmodelle entsprechend der geforderten Modellierungsrichtlinie in den Formaten ifc 4.0, sowie .rvt (Autodesk…
