This is designed to cover the requirements that arise in relation to Separated Children seeking International Protection. Typical activity which arises will include but not necessarily be limited to; • Appearance in District, Circuit and Higher Courts to deal with complex and sensitive applications to protect separated children seeking international protection including domestic violence and criminal matter; • Advising Tusla on complex and sensitive childcare cases relating to separated children seeking international protection • Advising on regulatory issues, risk management and codes of conduct • Where children arrive from other member states and have been subject to care orders there, efforts to relocate back • Advice in relation to matter of age • Cost negotiations
