Description
The tenderer shall be responsible for the design and project management of the refurbishment of the 12 projects across the borough as part of the PeacePlus 2.4 enhancement scheme. The contract is for the provision and delivery of 12 Capital projects funded by SEUPB (Special EU programmes Body) in the development of internet based connection hubs to the 12 number Council owned/leased properties highlighted below. 1. Ahoghill Community Centre. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 2. Ballygally Community Hall. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 3. Broughshane Community House. Two new hub areas created with new door and wall to ground floor with power and data. New storage area created at first floor. 4. Broughshne Houstons Mill. Redecoration of ground floor meeting room.
