Description
Stock Condition Survey (SCS) Programme of circa 10,000 units over four years (2,500 units per 12 months term) led by a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy e.g. (Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying). The winning tenderer will utilise the Local Government Management Agency - Housing Asset Management System to carry out the stock condition survey
