Le présent marché porte sur des prestations de services informatiques à destination du futur Centre de Services Production Train 2025 pour la SA Voyageurs. Le contrat est sans engagement de dépenses et est structuré autour des chaines applicatives du système d’information dont les applications majeures sont les suivantes : - La chaine Offre de transports, Agents et Matériels : CARAIBES, OPERA, PACIFIC, ORCADES ; - La chaine Traction, SI Primes Traction et Train : ATESS-AIDA, AMI, ARES, BT-BU, GALAC’SI, GO-RAIL, SOUITCH ; - La chaine Sécurité Voyageurs : ICARE, PORTAIL DPX, Sécurité à Bord, SILVA ; - La chaine Train Communicant : GEO2RAIL, GEOMAPS, GEOMOBILES, GEOPULSE ; - Le transverse avec les référentiels : REFPROD, REPERE - Quelques applications hors chaine applicative : EASY, NEO, Services@Bord TER RYO ; - L’application COHERENCE de la DSI Matériel, qui pour des raisons d’optimisation des ressources techniques sera traitée avec les applications transverse.
