Predmet ovog postupka nabave je nabava telekomunikacijske opreme s ugradnjom (Radio dispečerske centrale), a u skladu s Tehničkim specifikacijama i Troškovnikom. Postojeći su uređaji u visokoj fazi istrošenosti i njihov eksploatacijski vijek trajanja je davni prošao. Održavanje je otežano zbog nemogućnosti nabave rezervnih dijelova koji se više ne proizvode te je nužna njihova zamjena.
