Description
Syftet med tjänsterna är att täcka stadens behov av extern konsulthjälp till medarbetare inom staden som ur ett medicinskt perspektiv är färdigutredda men som har bristande förutsättningar att klara sina arbetsuppgifter. Syftet är också att ta till vara medarbetarens kompetens för nytt arbete inom staden eller i annat arbete utanför staden. Tjänsten består av följande delar; kartläggning, coachning till individ, stöd vid outplacement samt stöd till chef/HR i samband med ovan nämnda tjänster. Tjänsterna ska kunna köpas var och en för sig eller ihop. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en leverantör för hela Stockholms stad.
