Achizitie de "Carburant pentru motoare diesel (motorina euro 5), conform SR EN 590:2025”. SNTFC 13/2026 Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.
