Högskolan Väst har för avsikt att upphandla en IT-lösning som möjliggör för medarbetare och att hitta lediga arbetsplatser, lediga mötesrum och fokusrum samt att hitta medarbetare. Andra ändamål är att skapa ett statistiskt underlag på hur lokalerna faktiskt använd för att ta beslut om framtida optimeringar av arbetsplatsen för en effektiv vardag.
