Description
Appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R.2124-2 du Code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu avec un seul opérateur économique en application des articles R.2162-1 à 6 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 84 500 euro(s) HT. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois à compter du 28/04/2025. Il pourra être reconduit trois (3) fois par reconduction tacite, par périodes d'un (1) an, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans. Le titulaire ne peut pas refuser la reconduction conformément aux dispositions de l'article R.2113-4 du Code de la Commande publique
