Description
Appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R.2124-2 du Code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu avec un seul opérateur économique en application des articles R.2162-1 à 6 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra être reconduit trois (3) fois par reconduction tacite, par périodes d'un (1) an, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans. Le titulaire ne peut pas refuser la reconduction conformément aux dispositions de l'article R.2113-4 du Code de la Commande publique. Les bons de commandes pourront être émis dès la notification de l'accord-cadre jusqu'au dernier jour de validité de l'accord-cadre, quelle que soit la durée d'exécution des prestations commandées
