Description

Deze marktconsultatie dient ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding betreffende de callcenterdiensten voor de storingsdienst die bereikbaar is buiten de openingstijden van het interne callcenter. Het huidige contract loopt eind 2025 af en dient daarom vernieuwd te worden. Naast het voortzetten en overnemen van de huidige dienstverlening bestaat de wens om een aantal verbeterpunten en wijzigingen door te voeren.
