Description

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced economic operator to provide it with access to offsite car-parking facilities. The successful economic operator will be remunerated for the provision of the facilities in question by way of recurring payments under a service contract. The Contracting Authority requires access to approximately 500 car-parking spaces within a radius of five kilometres of its main campus. It is a highly desirable requirement that the successful tenderer has the capacity to make an additional 500 car-parking spaces available during the currency of the contract. The spaces may be located on one site, or across multiple sites. In the event that the spaces are located across multiple sites, the Contracting Authority has a distinct preference for sites that are distributed and located in a manner that will enable the efficient transfer of staff between the sites and the Contracting Authority’s campus.
