Entreprenaden består i att byta ut överhettarpaket 4 i CFB-panna på kraftvärmeverket hos Nässjö Affärsverk enligt av B redovisad omfattning och stålkvalitet inklusive eventuellt erforderliga byggnadsarbeten. • Arbetet är ett helhetsåtagande där E får tillgång till en avstängd och nerkyld panna.
