Description

The Appointed Team will Develop Initial Plans in Preparation for Tendering a Design and Build Contractor. The Team will Assist the Employer with the Tender Process and Monitor the Detailed Design, Construction, and Defects Period. Integrated Technical Advisory Team to Include: Lead Consultant, Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Fire Safety Consultant, DAC Consultant, Project Supervisor Design Process, Employers Representative, and Assigned Certifier.
