Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal med successiva avrop efter behov av byggnadsantikvariska arbeten inom beställarens fastighetsbestånd samt hyrda objekt. För ramavtalet gäller AB04/ABT06. Uppdragen omfattar exempelvis: läggning av spåntak, stråtak lagning/renovering av murar invändig och utvändig renovering som ska hanteras varsamt, målning och tapetsering, underhåll och reparation arbeten som omfattar väggar, golv, tak, fönster, portar och dörrar. Byggnaderna som berörs kan vara byggnadsminnesmärkta, qmärkta. Exempel på berörda kulturfastigheter är Sofiero, Fredriksdals friluftsmuseum, Jacob Hansens hus mm.
