Ramavtal som nyttjas av Sveriges allmännyttiga bostadsbolag. Ramavtalet omfattar byggmaterial och nyttjas genom köp i butik eller köp i webbutik med rikstäckande leverans. Möjlighet att tillämpa HBV:s trepartsavtal finns. Ramavtalet är indelat i 21 avtalsområden motsvarande Sveriges 21 län. Maximalt fem stycken leverantörer per område kontrakteras.
