Description
Denna upphandling avser byggledare mark och VA som ska bevaka Beställarens intressen avseende byggtekniska, kvalitet, ekonomiska och entreprenadjuridiska frågor delvis i projekteringsfas men framför allt i produktionsfas fram till och med överlämning av anläggningen till beställarens driftsorganisation. Samtliga byggledare mark ska ingå i beställarens projektgrupp och tillhandahålla stöd till beställaren i byggtekniska, kvalitet, ekonomiska och entreprenadjuridiska frågor. De ska också vid beställarens sida vara motpart bland annat till upphandlad konsult och entreprenörer i projektet. Uppdraget ska genomföras i nära samarbete med projektets byggledare miljö. Avtal kan komma att tecknas med flera för att tillgodose Beställarens behov av Byggledare. Beställaren avser att teckna avtal för minst en (1) och maximalt fyra (4) byggledare.
