Description
Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna kontrakt om konsulttjänster avseende byggledning för funktionsentreprenaden byggnadsverk. Entreprenaden avser utförande av drift- och underhållsåtgärder på stadsmiljöförvaltningens byggnadsverk inom Göteborgs stad. Med byggnadsverk avses bland annat broar, bullerskyddsskärmar, kaj -och kanalkonstruktioner, stödkonstruktioner, tunnlar samt andra konstruktionstyper. Entreprenaden är utformad som en funktionsentreprenad, vilket innebär att entreprenören ansvarar för att anläggningarna upprätthåller angivna funktions- och kvalitetskrav under hela kontraktstiden. Syftet med kontraktet är att säkerställa en effektiv och kvalitetsstyrd genomförandeprocess genom byggledning, uppföljning, kontroll och samordning av entreprenörens arbeten.
