Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose Beställaren och de avropsberättigade enheternas behov av olika typer av bygg- och järnhandelsvaror som används i arbeten i egen regi för reparationer, enklare utbyggnader, förbrukningsmaterial och enklare byggnationer. Uttag och leveranser av bygg och järnhandelsvaror för Beställaren ska täcka upp för behov som uppstår för Beställarens verksamheter. Bärkehus AB och de avropsberättigade enheterna behöver enkelt kunna beställa. hämta, och få levererat material, samt vid behov lämna tillbaka restmaterial.
