Description
Buszok eseti bérlése az MCC részére vállalkozási keretszerződés keretében a szerződéskötéstől számított 12 hónap határozott időtartamra vagy a keretösszeg kimerüléséig (amelyik hamarabb bekövetkezik) azzal, hogy Ajánlatkérő fenntartja a jogot a Kbt. 141. § (4) bekezdés a) pontjára figyelemmel a keretszerződés hatályának legfeljebb 6 hónappal történő meghosszabbítására, mely időtartam alatt lehetőség van a Keretösszeg nettó értékének 100 %-ának lehívására. A Közbeszerzési eljárás keretösszege: nettó 100 000 000 Ft. Ajánlatkérő a Keretösszeg nettó értéke legalább 70 %-ának lehívására vállal kötelezettséget.
