1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz kompleksowe wykonanie zadania inwestycyjnego pt. „Budowa odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie Miasta i Gminy Włodowice”. Zamówienie polega na zaprojektowaniu i zrealizowaniu dostawy, montażu i uruchomieniu instalacji: fotowoltaicznych - 51 szt., magazynów energii – 51 szt. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ w tym Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Ponadto, obowiązki Wykonawcy związane z realizacją zamówienia określają także projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
