Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie instalacji wodorowej magazynowania energii z OZE wraz z instalacja fotowoltaiczną wytwarzania energii.

- Quality · 20% — Za zaoferowanie przedłużenia gwarancji na Instalację wodorową na o każdy 1 rok ponad podstawowy okres trzyletni oferta uzyska 10 pkt. Maksymalnie w tym kryterium oferta może uzyskać 20 pkt.
