Description
Erwerb des Teilbetriebs der Bau-ID GmbH, welcher der Errichtung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung des Identitäts-Managementsystems für Beschäftigte im Baugewerbe („BauID-System“) für dem BUAG unterliegende Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber dient, zum Nachvollzug der gesetzlichen Aufgabenzuweisung nach § 34 BUAG idF BGBl I Nr 66/2026. Kaufgegenstand sind insbesondere die Rechte an der Software des BauID-Systems samt Source Code, Dokumentation, Betriebsmittel, Marke und Domain sowie die zum Teilbetrieb gehörenden Vertragsverhältnisse einschließlich des Rahmenvertrags mit der Tieto Austria GmbH, der nach § 38 Abs 1 UGB zu unveränderten Bedingungen auf die BUAK übergeht.
