Description
This voluntary ex-ante transparency VEAT notice acknowledges that Trinity College Dublin proposes to place a contract with Bruker UK Limited carry out the annual service contract for the Bruker BioSpec 70/30 MRI System. This contract includes any repair needed to get the system back up and running , all parts (wear and tear included), site visits and labour & travel costs related to hardware failure, planned maintenance and operation tests to ensure smooth running with minimal downtime, support of the system by Bruker trained service engineer through a secure remote connection, (e.g. TeamViewer(TM)) software and data system up-to-date and fully optimised. The date of conclusion of the contract is expected to take no sooner than 5th of September 2024.
