Description
Dit betreft een niet-openbare Europese Aanbesteding voor de realisatie van een Fertiliteitskliniek ten behoeve van het UMC Utrecht. De realisatie dient plaats te vinden in twee fasen: een bouwteamfase en een uitvoeringsfase. Middels een selectiefase worden eerst de partijen geselecteerd die het meest geschikt zijn voor deze opdracht. In de tweede fase van de aanbesteding wordt op basis van Beste Prijs Kwaliteit Verhouding de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving geselecteerd voor zowel bouwteam- als uitvoeringsfase.
