The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for pollution consultancy services in connection with the Agency for Urban Environment ́s work on pollution and ground work. The assignments will mainly take place in Bergen municipality. The Contracting Authority is Bergen municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Development.
