Description
The tender contest is cancelled pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 25-4 (1) "The Contracting Authority can cancel the competition immediately if there is a justifiable reason." The reason is that the project has been removed from the proposed action and financial plan for 2025-2028, which means that funds have no longer been put aside for it at the current time. Due to this, there is a justifiable reason for cancelling the competition.
