Upphandlingen omfattar blodgivargåvor till Region Jönköpings läns Blodcentral. Blodgivargåvor kan vara t.ex. en ryggsäck, vattenflaska, handduk, mugg, skål eller mössa etc. och ska attrahera personer mellan 18-70 år, av båda könen. Majoriteten av de blodgivargåvor som köps in har ett pris på mellan 30-60 kr exkl. mervärdesskatt.
