Description

Aufgrund der Forschungsanforderungen plant die Imaging & Optics Facility (IOF) die Anschaffung eines Upright Spinning Disk Microscope. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist die Implementierung einer Technologie, die (i) eine schnelle Bildgebung großer Proben, (ii) die Möglichkeit zur Integration einer Block-Face-Imaging-Anwendung und (iii) die bestmögliche Auflösung bei den für die Bildgebung sehr großer Proben erforderlichen geringen Vergrößerungen bietet.
