Description
Riigihanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping bioloogiliste ravimite ostmiseks. Riigihanke eseme (ja osade) täpsem kirjeldus on toodud dokumendis „Lisa 1. Tehniline kirjeldus“. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitakse igas riigihanke osas raamleping ühe pakkujaga 36 kuuks. Raamlepingute alusel eraldi lepinguid ei allkirjastata vaid raamlepingu täitmine toimub tellimuste alusel.
