Folkhälsomyndigheten inbjuder leverantörer att inkomma med ansökan om att få lämna anbud (anbudsansökan) avseende Bioinformatisk mjukvara enligt upphandlingsdokumentet med tillhörande bilagor och i enlighet med lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU).
