Description
Uppdraget avser balansansvar och fysiska leveranser av biogas alternativt naturgas för fastighetsuppvärmning till fastprisprodukt (med möjlighet till att göra prissäkringar naturgas – underliggande för biogaspris) till de uttagspunkter som Beställaren redogör för i upphandlingsdokumentet. Möjligheten till fastprisprodukter ger kommunen en stabil och förutsägbar kostnad för energiförbrukningen, medan prissäkringar för naturgas kan erbjuda skydd mot prisvolatilitet. Upphandlingen omfattar fysiska leveranser av natur-/biogas för uppvärmning till fastigheter, med möjlighet till fastprisprodukt.
