Description
Das Projekt „BC St. Martin im Sulmtal“ besteht aus 3 Bauphasen: Phase 1: nicht Teil des Auftrags: Abbruch des Bestandsobjektes (Durchführung Abbruch im Mai 2024). Phase 2: Neubau eines Kindergartens/Kinderkrippengebäudes mit einem aufgeständerten Verbindungsbau (Turnsaal, Mehrzwecksaal). Die Wände des Neubaus werden in Ziegel- bzw. Holzbauweise errichtet, die Deckenkonstruktion wird als Stahlbetondecke bzw. Holzdeckenkonstruktion hergestellt. Die Dachkonstruktion wird in Stahl- bzw. Holzbau ausgeführt. Die Errichtung des Neubaus findet während laufendem Schul- bzw. KiGa-Betrieb im benachbarten Volksschulgebäudes statt. Phase 3: Umbau des bestehenden Volksschulgebäudes mit einem Schacht für eine Aufzugsanlage, thermische Sanierung des Volksschulgebäudes. Die Umbauarbeiten des Phase 3 finden in den Sommerferien 2024 statt.
