Description

Das Leibniz-Institut für photonische Technologien in Jena schreibt ein mobiles Mikroskop für die multimodale nichtlineare Mikroskopie bestehend aus einer Kurzpuls-Laserquelle für die hyperspektrale kohärente Raman-Streuungs-Mikroskopie (1), einem 4-Kanal-Detektionssystem für die Modalitäten der kohärenten anti-Stokes Raman Streuung (CARS), die stimulierte Raman-Streuung (SRS), Frequenzverdopplung (SHG) sowie Zweiphotonenfluoreszenz (TPEF) (2) und einem kompakten Mikroskop auf einem Gerätewagen inkl. aller notwendigen Hardware und Software (3) aus.
