1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest bieżąca obsługa, serwis i konserwacja budynku Europejskiego Centrum Solidarności wraz z terenem przyległym. 2. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 121 ust.1 ustawy Pzp, zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowego zadania obejmującego m.in. czynności wykonywane przez kadrę obsługi technicznej Wykonawcy. Zakres kluczowego zadania oraz czynności, jakie mają być wykonywane przez kadrę obsługi technicznej Wykonawcy zostały określone szczegółowo w postanowieniach rozdziału I ustępu 1 Opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, będącego Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ.
