Description
Nyköpings stadsbibliotek avser att upphandla ett bibliotekssystem och en webblösning som tillsammans utgör Tjänsten. Kontraktet avser ett tjänstekontrakt med en löptid på upp till sex (6) år, och innefattar Tjänsten, ett (1) införandeprojekt inklusive utbildning och löpande support och underhåll av Tjänsten. Tjänsten ska i sin helhet tillhandahållas som en molntjänst. Nyköpings Stadsbibliotek är medelstort och innefattar ett huvudbibliotek, en bokbuss och två filialer. Vi har för närvarande (2023-10-25) 13 414 aktiva låntagare och 189 237 exemplar av media. Under det senaste året (från 2022-10-25 till 2023-10-25) hade vi på samtliga enheter 336 801 lån inklusive omlån. Under samma period har 12 322 nya exemplar lagts in i systemet och 37 227 reservationer hanterats. Stadsbibliotekets nuvarande Biblioteksystem och Webblösning är Book-IT och Arena, som tillhandahålls av leverantören Axiell. För det fall anbudsgivaren offererar samma webblösning som Beställaren i dagsläget nyttjar, avser Beställaren att nyttja den redan befintliga konfigurationen. Frågot & svar kommer att hanteras i augusti/september p.g.a. semesterledigheter.
