Description
Lidingö Stad , stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla avtal avseende bibliotekssystem till Lidingö stads (staden) stadsbibliotek. Uppdraget gäller implementering av bibliotekssystem för Lidingö stadsbibliotek, migrering av biblioteksdata från bibliotekets nuvarande system samt löpande systemdrift och –utveckling, samt support under avtalstiden.Organisationen Lidingö stadsbibliotek består i dag av ett (1) bibliotek med 23 600 registrerade låntagare och ca 71 700 katalogposter. Bibliotekets samlingar omfattar 73 400 fysiska exemplar och 92 500 elektroniska titlar. Årligen gör allmänheten ca 218 000 lån, inklusive omsatta lån från biblioteket. Omfattningen och cirkulationen kan bli större eller mindre över tid. Upphandlingen omfattar det totala behovet för bestånd och låntagare. För närvarande har Stadsbiblioteket bibliotekssystemet BOOK-IT och avtalet för detta löper ut 2025-12-31.
