Description
Kulturförvaltningen har beslutat att genomföra en ny upphandling bibliotekssystem och bibliotekswebb. Erbjuden lösning ska stötta bibliotekssystem för folkbibliotek, skolbibliotek och depåbibliotek/lånecentral, bibliotekswebb för folkbiblioteken, en webblösning för skolorna med katalogtjänst och enklare funktioner för låntagare, en enklare självbetjäningslösning och depåbibliotekets/lånecentralens särskilda behov. Avtal ska avse en icke exklusiv, i tiden ej begränsade kommunlicenser för ett nytt bibliotekssystem och ny bibliotekswebb till biblioteken inom Umeåregionens samarbete, dvs Umeå-, Bjurholm-, Nordmaling-, Robertsfors-, Vindeln- och Vännäs kommun. Det handlar om 23 folkbibliotek i sex kommuner. I Umeå kommun finns stadsbiblioteket, inklusive 10 närbibliotek och biblioteksbuss. I övriga kommuner finns 12 bibliotek. Utöver detta finns Sveriges depåbiblioteket och lånecentral, i egna lokaler och på Väven, Umeå kommun. Det finns 22 skolbibliotek fördelat på 4 kommuner - Vindeln och Bjurholm har skolbiblioteket och folkbiblioteket integrerat. Drift ska ske av leverantör (SaaS-tjänst). Avtal för support och underhåll ska inkludera tillgång till nya versioner.
