Description
Das Gebäude an der Wengistrasse 30 wurde 1979 -1981 erstellt. Mit der Gesamtinstandsetzung wird das Gebäude auf die heutigen Standards nachgerüstet und für den Betrieb optimal umgebaut. Dies betrifft einerseits die Gebäudetechnik, die Ökologie (Minergie-P-Eco) sowie Anpassungen der Grundrisse an das Betriebskonzept. Um dies zu erreichen wird die bestehende Bausubstanz bis auf den Rohbau zurückgebaut, teilweise aufgestockt und angebaut. Für die Gerichtssäle werden Installationen und Lieferungen der Audioanlagen, Saalbeschallung, Rack inkl. Mikrofone benötigt.
