Description
VISTA college wil inzicht verkrijgen in de mogelijkheden die de markt biedt voor een beveiligede digitale toetsomgeving. Ten eerste wil VISTA college vaststellen of naast de huidige oplossing andere ondernemingen en oplossingen beschikbaar zijn die in de functionele en technische behoefte van VISTA college kunnen voorzien. Daarbij wordt onderzocht of sprake is van een redelijk alternatief of substituut en of mededinging om technische redenen mogelijk is. De uitkomsten worden mede gebruikt om te bepalen of toepassing van artikel 2.32 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 aan de orde kan zijn. Ten tweede wil VISTA college, indien uit de marktconsultatie blijkt dat alternatieve oplossingen beschikbaar zijn, inzicht verkrijgen in de praktische en technische inzetbaarheid daarvan binnen de omgeving van VISTA college. Daarbij wordt onder meer gekeken naar benodigde koppelingen en aanpassingen, implementatie, beveiliging, continuïteit, beheer en afhankelijkheden van derden. Zie marktconsultatie documenten
