Description
Upphandling av larmcentraltjänster enligt LUFS Ellevio inbjuder härmed leverantörer att ansöka om att lämna anbud på larmcentraltjänster. Upphandlingen genomförs enligt lagen (2011:1029) om upphandling på försvars- och säkerhetsområdet (LUFS). Uppdragets omfattning Uppdraget avser tillhandahållande av larmcentraltjänster för: Mottagning och hantering av larm och kameraövervakning från skyddsobjekt, fastigheter och tekniska system.Hantering av person- och trygghetslarm.Dirigering av insatsresurser enligt förutbestämda åtgärdsplaner.Rapportering, logghantering och uppföljning i enlighet med fastställda rutiner.Tjänsten ska tillhandahållas med hög driftsäkerhet, redundans och fullständig efterlevnad av tillämpliga säkerhetsskyddsbestämmelser. Systemet ska inte vara beroende av molntjänster eller liknande externa internetberoenden. Avtalstid Avtalstiden är 4 år med möjlighet till förlängning. Särskilda krav Leverantören ska: Leverantören ska ha auktorisation från Länsstyrelsen som bevaknings-/larmcentral enligt lagen (1974:191) om bevakningsföretag.Larmcentralen ska vara certifierad enligt SSF 136:5 (eller motsvarande aktuell norm för larmcentraler).Kunna uppfylla krav enligt säkerhets…
