Description
TNO ontwikkelt een meetfaciliteit voor de karakterisering van kleurcentra bij lage temperaturen. Deze Low Temperature Characterization Setup (LTCS), ook bekend onder de eerdere naam LTCT, zal bestaan uit een grotendeels permanente/harde hardware-opstelling en een software systeem dat geautomatiseerde meetcampagnes kan uitvoeren, inclusief het automatisch genereren van meetrapporten. De faciliteit wordt bediend door een on-site technicus die monsters opzet, uitlijning uitvoert en de metingen initieert die door de software worden uitgevoerd. Deze inkoop betreft de ontwikkeling en implementatie voor de control Software van de LTCS 1
