Description
Lerums kommun har för avsikt att införskaffa underhåll och support av ledning- och beslutsstöd Hypergene. Systemet används som stöd för chefer i kommunen vad det gäller verksamhetsuppföljning. Lerums kommun har, efter genomförandet av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering och denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Hypergene AB avseende support och underhåll av BI-systemet Hypergene. Avtalet kommer att löpa under 2 år med möjlighet till förlängning med 1 + 1 år. Lerums kommun innehar en i tiden begränsad nyttjanderättslicens till Hypergene. Äganderätten till den programvara som Hypergene baseras på tillkommer Hypergene. Underhåll och support av Hypergene kan endast tillhandahållas av Hypergene. Systemet har integration med flera andra system i Lerums kommun. För att systemet ska kunna fungera i kommunen behöver det göras kontinuerliga versionsuppgaderingar, förbättringar och felrättningar.
